Our tailors are truly fantastic.
With the cold weather snap, it was a perfect time for the zipper on my jacket to break. Nothing is worse than being cold.
When I walked into work last Friday, I asked our tailor if she could change the zipper on my jacket, as it had come apart. The teeth were separating even when my jacket was zipped up.
I was pleased when she told me that my jacket did not need a new zipper, but a new zipper tab. (The little piece you pull to zip or unzip)
We always have zipper tabs in stock, so she was able to change the tab and fix my coat in less than 5 minutes.
What excellent service!
