The care label says do not dry clean.

Janet came in to our Parkers Cleaners location the other day with her two new sweaters. She had worn them a couple of times, and knew they needed to be cleaned.

Janet assumed her sweaters were wool and that they needed to be dry-cleaned.  Upon reviewing the care label while in our depot Janet was surprised to find that her sweaters said not to dry clean. The care label instructed that the sweaters be hand washed and left to dry.

As Janet went to take leave with her sweaters; our counter staff advised that our expert cleaner could clean her sweaters for her following the care label instructions and saving her from having to do the work at home.

Janet was so pleased to leave her sweaters to be cared for by our experts.
