What happens with my cleaning when it rains or snows?

Some of our new pickup and delivery customers were wondering what we would do with their clean garments?

While some of our pickup and delivery customers are home when we pickup and deliver their dry cleaning, others are not.

For those customers who are not home when we pickup and deliver their cleaning we leave the garments as instructed, except for rain, snow or high winds.

If the selected area is covered then the cleaned items can be left. For those that use uncovered areas, we will leave a note stating we were by and will call and make arrangements to deliver when someone is home.

We will always knock at the door upon arrival, just in case someone is home to accept the delivery.
