Who was watching the Golden Globes earlier this month? If you were (as we were), you may have noticed (as we did) the bold and beautiful attire many of the male attendees chose to wear. Wide lapels, interesting textures, and an array of colour choices led the way on the red carpet. Similarly, these very same features are inspiring us as we consider what’s on the horizon for men’s formal fashion, especially for wedding parties!

Weddings are often touted as the bride’s big day, but we are firm believers in sharing the fun. We are willing to wager that your personality played at least a part in her decision to spend the rest of her life with you, so what better day to show it off than your wedding day? Maybe your personality looks like a classically elegant black-tux-black-tie combo, but this could also look like a navy blue tuxedo, a red velvet jacket, a plaid three-piece suit, or a grey suit trimmed in robin’s egg blue. It’s your chance to feel inspired and take chances if the mood strikes you!
