On An Island In The Sun…

Wanderlust has struck our hearts once again – as it does every year at this time of the year! Really, it has come as no shock to our systems, considering what a little ritual this yearning has become. We get through Christmas; we get through New Year’s Eve; we make it through January (which is quite possibly the least inspiring month); and without fail, our minds start to wander to warmer places.

Depending on which groundhog you prefer to listen to, it looks like winter might be sticking around for a bit yet, so why not dream a little? If we can’t physically be on a beach right now, we’re okay with curating our Dream Vacation board on Pinterest and thinking about how fantastic our toes would feel in the sand! Since it might just be the closest we are going to get to the island life for a while – unless the perfect seat sale just so happens to come along – we don’t feel bad about the last hour or two we just spent daydreaming.

So for now, let’s indulge our imaginations together and dream of a warmer, sandier way to spend the coming weeks. We’ve put together a little sample “mood board” below to keep us all inspired and looking forward to the next time we can bask in the glorious warmth of the sun.
