Many dress shirts come with collar bones/stays that need to be removed before cleaning. They slide in and out.
As shirts go through our tagging and inspecting process prior to cleaning our staff remove these bones/stays. The reasons: so they do not get lost and if they are not removed they may leave an impression when shirts are pressed
We place your stays in an envelope and return with your neatly pressed and hand finished shirts.
It’s amazing how many customers open their envelopes in front of me and ask “what are these for?”
