Dressing to love winter — still

We are coming to the end of this long winter and you may have already thrown off that down jacket at the mere sight of above freezing temperatures. We hear you. Any sign of spring and we dive right into open-toed shoes and spring cardigans — and then we freeze. This year, we are taking a different tack. Instead of dressing for spring early and finding ourselves cold and disappointed when the temperatures inevitably dip back down, we are refreshing our love of winter fashion for this final push over the finish line.

To help, we’ve been browsing our favourite Insta-stylists and getting excited about cold weather fashion all over again. In fact, we’ve even noticed that we’re looking at our weather apps, hoping for chilly temperatures this weekend so that we can sport our new looks. We understand if you’re rolling your eyes at us right now.

These wintery outfits might just change your mind (some are leaning towards spring too!). They all have some camel elements in them, which initially was unintentional, but now that we think about it, camel is the perfect way to bridge the gap between winter and spring.

If you’re with us and want to give your winter wear a little revitalization, schedule for Parkers to come and pick up your favourite winter items for a cleaning. Their newfound freshness will make you a little less sad about still wearing them.

If you’ve kicked out the cold and are already packing up your winter gear, make sure that you get everything properly cleaned first. Storing unclean clothing, like jackets and sweaters, is a surefire way to wreck your wardrobe. Invisible stains will worsen over time, so send them over to us for a dry cleaning.
