Mary came into our Yonge and Lawrence location this morning with four new dress shirts that her husband had just purchased. She was wondering if our tailor could shorten the sleeves on his shirts by an inch and a half.
Our customer service representatives advised Mary that we could shorten the sleeves on her husband’s shirts and have the shirts ready in 4 business days.
Mary was pleased to hear, as she was uncertain if we could shorten the sleeves.
When it comes to shortening sleeves on dress shirts, there are two different ways to shorten the sleeves. Some shirts can be shortened by removing the cuff first, while other dress shirts require shortening from the shoulder.
