Can Parkers Cleaners shorten my new pants, if I provide a sample pant?

J.T. has been a regular customer at our Parkers Cleaners location at Yonge and Lawrence for a number of years. Recently, J.T. transferred to our free pickup and delivery service.

J.T. called the other day inquiring about our alteration services. He had just purchased a new pair of trousers and needs to have the pants shortened. J.T. was uncertain on how many inches to shorten the pants, and wondered if it was possible to send in a pair of trousers that currently fit, to be used as a sample for length?

We advised J.T. that while our seamstress can use the sample pant to get the proper inseam measurements, we recommend that the pant J.T. sends as a sample is the same cut and style of pant.
