baptismal gown

One day last week I received a phone call from Trisha. Trisha came to Parkers Dry Cleaners two and a half years ago to have her wedding gown cleaned and preserved.

Trisha now has a beautiful baby daughter who just got baptized. She wanted to know if we could pickup her daughter’s baptismal gown, and if we could clean and preserve it.

I saw Trisha and her daughter this weekend.  I picked up the baptismal gown, the fur trimmed shawl, the hat and the bib. Our experts will do a great job cleaning and preserving these garments.

While I was there, Trisha asked if we could preserve her daughter’s shoes.  I advised against it as the soles of the shoes are made of plastic and the plastic could be harmful for preservation.
