Alterations are available through our pickup and delivery service.

“Mrs Jones” is one of our pickup and delivery customers. She called yesterday wanting to know if she could send in alterations with her dry cleaning. She was so happy when we said yes. We advised “Mrs. Jones” that all of our in-store services are also available through our pickup and delivery service.
We instructed “Mrs.  Jones” to simply fill out her alteration requests on the piece count form provided and we would do the rest.

While certain alterations require our customers to personally visit one of our tailors, replacing zippers, shortening or lengthening garments, pocket repairs and new linings, may be sent in through delivery.
